01Photos library access
The app requests permission to show albums, photos, videos, dates, places, and playback channels available through Apple PhotoKit on the Apple TV. It does not upload the Photos library to an Others Oriented server, sell Photos data, or use it for advertising.
02App-owned state
Playback preferences, watched history, app favorites, Review Queue items, hidden or skipped items, tags, and the last played channel are stored locally. This state may include Photos local identifiers so the same item can be found again; it does not store the photo or video file contents.
03iCloud Photos
iCloud Photos access and media downloads are Apple system services. Home Video Channel does not provide a separate iCloud login and does not receive your Apple Account password.
04Data sharing and service providers
The app does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not operate cloud media storage. Apple processes App Store distribution, Photos access, iCloud delivery, and related system functions under Apple’s policies.
05Children and household viewing
The app is intended for general household use and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The person controlling the Apple TV is responsible for which Photos library and albums are available to viewers in the room.
06Deletion and changes
Clearing app data or removing the app removes app-owned local state but does not delete Photos library items. If a future version adds accounts, analytics, crash reporting, non-Apple cloud sync, purchases, or other data processing, this policy and App Store disclosure will be updated before release.
